Horse Attire

*All Riders must enter the arena with a number on either the riders back, or on both sides of their saddle pad, even if riding Hors Concours
*Horses must be clean and neatly groomed for the specificdisciplineentered.
The rider must make the best effort to remove manure/urine/grass stains, tangled manes or tails, clean markings etc
*All tack must be clean and in safe/usable condition
Of course safety is of the utmost importance. Air vests and other protective vests for the rider will also be permitted.
